Why we exist, what we believe, and how a young mother moves from crisis to independence.
To create a sanctuary that provides young mothers with the tools they need to move from adversity to empowerment — breaking cycles of poverty and building a brighter, self-sustaining future for themselves and their children.
VisionA pioneering, sustainable village model that empowers young mothers while improving child welfare, through a supportive community centered on education, independence, and health — and that becomes a model other communities in Ghana and the region can adapt.
A New Way Village exists to close this specific gap — with safe housing, education, and support built for the youngest, most housing-insecure mothers.
Safe housing + uninterrupted education + reliable childcare + integrated health support → the conditions a young mother needs to build a self-sufficient future.
