What We Do

Five Integrated Services, One Goal: Independence

Every resident receives the same core support — designed so each piece reinforces the next, from the day she arrives to the day she moves into a home of her own.

Housing

Five tiny homes at launch, scaling to ten, each housing one mother and her child(ren) in a private, secure, individually lockable unit — giving residents a genuine sense of home and autonomy rather than shared institutional dormitory space.

Education

A daily academic program covering literacy, numeracy, and life skills, aligned where possible with the Ghana Education Service curriculum, so residents can re-enter mainstream schooling or sit certification exams when ready.

Job Training

Vocational training with local businesses in high-demand areas — sewing and textiles, food preparation, hairdressing, basic ICT, and small-business skills — paired with apprenticeship placements in the final program year.

Child Care

A structured, supervised childcare program in the commons building lets mothers attend classes and training without interrupting their children's care, with trained staff monitoring early childhood development.

Health Support

On-site or visiting medical personnel provide routine check-ups, maternal and infant health monitoring, and referrals; a dedicated counselor provides trauma-informed mental-health support.
